Brazilian Groceries at Whole Foods

Come with me on a little Brazilian grocery trip to @wholefoods 🇧🇷

So much of our traditional cooking requires little more than meat, produce, rice, and beans, but it's nice to find a few gems that make my food culture feel seen. When I first moved to the U.S. some twenty years ago, even coconut water was unheard of. I am aging myself, I know, but I just want to say that after so long, I greatly appreciate seeing our staples normalized.

🛒 Okra is under-appreciated and under-utilized IMHO. Usually reserved for Gumbo here in the US, they can also be added to black beans, or roasted as a side.
