Egg Back Home
Products made with love in Portugal, handmade ceramics, by real people! High standard service quality and a concern for the environment. We accepted the challenge of packaging fragile products without plastic, and we are very proud of it! EGG BACK HOME? Why is this name so unusual? like every project that starts small, the interior expression of the creator ends up being the entire universe of the brand. Egg Back Home was born from a dream, a rescue of myself, Egg means life, birth, “Back Home” is the Journey, the reunion with myself, so that I never forget where I came from, or who I am. And life in your walk always surprises, and brought me back to the path I always wanted to go. Egg Back Home is for all those who feel happiness in the small memories, in the details, in a slower breakfast, in the care when receiving those we love.

Gustavo Portela
In 1982 my mother started painting porcelain. She taught me the technique from “penetado” and decided to paint some plates using drawings of fish in pen and ink that I had made a few years before, inspired by the work of artist Aldemir Martins.
It turned out so cool that I completed the 12 drawings to make a game that it ended up becoming my regular gift to friends and family.
In 2014 my niece Amanda got married and, as I had promised her, I painted a game for the new couple, this time with a super case for a gift.
Since then I have been producing and expanding this collection and developing others.

Kiki Gédéon
Hello! I'm Kiki Gédéon! I was born in Petrópolis, a mountain city in Rio de Janeiro, but I am Carioca at heart. I came to Rio de Janeiro when I was 12 years old and, as it was the first big change in my life, I immediately fell in love with the city! Being a Carioca for me means being proud of this wonderful city, caring and loving being surprised by the natural beauties that cross our eyes, practically every day!
I became enchanted with artistic painting at a very personal moment, when I was taking care of myself, looking at myself... so, I can say that I started it as a form of therapy. Painting calms me down a lot, it does me a lot of good!
I think art is a way of transforming what we feel through colors and shapes. Hence the special meaning for me of the phrase that represents so much of my work “art with affection”, as every piece is produced only by me (I make a point of preserving this), from beginning to end, and, without exception, they all carry a lot of dedication and love!

Mission Chocolate
I have been working with chocolate for 19 years; I am a chocolatier, chocolate maker, chocolate consultant/teacher, and farmers daughter. I travel through Latin America to work with cacao growers, chocolate makers, chocolatiers, and to teach indigenous women to make chocolate. I have traveled to 23 countries to study chocolate, cacao, and desserts; from boutique chocolatiers in Paris to isolated communities in the jungles of the Amazon. And all of these flavors make it to my chocolate bars. I have a small chocolate factory in Brooklin, Sao Paulo, that produces the most awarded chocolate in Brazil. I also have a small lab in California that will soon be Mission Chocolate USA.

The Bitter Housewife
The Bitter Housewife was created for me and my whiskey-drinking friends. We don’t want to be talked down to and we don’t want to be told what we like isn’t “correct”. I don't believe cocktails should be intimidating or that you need a whole new vocabulary to talk about them. I believe in great taste, real ingredients, and fun. It is cocktails after all.
